VAZIVA attaches the greatest importance to the protection of personal data and privacy of its beneficiaries, as well as anyone who accesses its websites and applications.

Data marked with an asterisk (*) in our forms are mandatory. If you do not provide them, your registration cannot be completed and you will not be able to access the services concerned.

  • Identity data: title, surname, first names, date of birth, family composition.
  • Contact details: postal address, email address, phone number (landline or mobile).
  • Contact data: messages and correspondence you send us via contact forms or any other means.
  • Additional information: any information useful for the execution of a specific service.

3.6. Retention periods

VAZIVA retains your personal data in a secure environment only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, or for the retention periods provided by law.

  • Your account data: Retained for the duration of your membership in our services. In case of renunciation, they are retained for a period of five (5) years, unless you request erasure.
  • Accounting and tax data (billing): Retained for ten (10) years from the close of the accounting year.
  • Social benefits related data: Retained for the duration of the benefits, plus a complementary period of three (3) years (fiscal/social prescription period).
  • Commercial prospecting data: Retained for three (3) years from your last contact with us.
  • Newsletter data: Retained until your unsubscription.
  • Contact form data: Retained for one (1) year from receipt of your request.
  • Specific data (classified ads, surveys, contests): Retained for a maximum of one (1) year.
  • Photos sent by beneficiaries: Retained for a maximum of five (5) years.

These durations may be extended in case of disputes or litigation, for the applicable legal prescription period.

4. PROTECTION OF MINORS' DATA

VAZIVA does not intentionally collect or process personal data of minors under 15 years of age without obtaining prior verifiable consent from the holders of parental authority. The latter may at any time request to consult the information relating to their child and demand its deletion.

5. COOKIE MANAGEMENT

5.1. What is a cookie?

A Cookie is a file that allows its issuer, during its validity period, to recognize the terminal concerned (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) each time this terminal accesses digital content containing Cookies from the same issuer.
